I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and friendly staff at Movenpick. Despite a few minor issues, the overall experience was positive. The welcome from the knowledgeable and friendly lady receptionist was exceptional, and she made sure everything was ready for our stay. We even received a room upgrade at a reasonable rate, which was a nice touch. The suite itself was beautifully furnished and had a stunning bathroom.
Although the restaurant situation was a bit disappointing, with limited options and a high-end sushi menu, the bar and grill provided a more satisfying alternative. The staff in the bar and grill were pleasant and friendly, and my son enjoyed his panini.
